David Cramer FCA
David’s wide ranging portfolio of clients includes media industry, property investors and retailers. Providing companies with strategic advice, David also acts as director to a number of companies and sits on the board of a number of charities. He is a Chelsea FC supporter and also a keen pianist.
Robert Kent FCCA
Robert is well known by most agents, lawyers and bankers within the entertainment industry. He has many high profile clients, acting in the capacity of personal Financial Director to manage all aspects of their financial needs. Robert is a keen Arsenal fan, a regular parkrunner, and occasionally plays the Saxophone.
Graham Martin FCCA ATII
Graham is the firm’s Tax Partner, advising clients on complex personal, corporate and international tax issues. He combines this role with managing a large and varied portfolio of clients, many in the entertainment and media industry. Graham also manages his son’s football team and keeps wicket for his local cricket club.
Costa Demetriou FCCA
Costa specialises in supporting clients across the entertainment, media, and creative industries—particularly actors, self-employed individuals, and owner-managed businesses. He’s experienced in Creative Industry Tax Relief and works closely with HMRC’s Creative Industries Unit. A driving force behind the firm’s move to cloud accounting, Costa is also a Manchester United fan and keen tennis player.
Steve Wharton FCA
Steve began his career at Blinkhorns as a graduate trainee, working his way up through the firm. The majority of his client base are owner managed businesses within the creative and entertainment sectors. Steve is a Brentford FC season ticket holder and regularly attends live music events.
Gregg Thomas FCCA
Gregg works with our IT advisers to manage the firm’s hardware and software systems, as well as running our tax investigation service. In addition to managing his own client portfolio and serving as treasurer for FOCAL International, the Film and Video Archive trade association, Gregg also finds time to play the Ukulele.
Gulcen Karamanoglu FCCA
Gulcen joined Blinkhorns as a graduate and progressed through the firm, successfully becoming a Partner in 2019. She works alongside Graham Martin, managing all financial aspects of some of his highest profile clients’ corporate and personal accounting affairs. Outside work Gulcen enjoys spending time with her family.
Joanna Dare FCCA
Jo joined Blinkhorns in 2008 and has progressed to become one of the first female Partners in the Firm. With many of her clients in the Entertainment Industry, Jo specialises in dealing with Production Companies, models, artists and authors. Jo enjoys exploring different regions of Italy with her family.
James Alexander ACA CTA
Having joined the firm on the ACA graduate scheme, James is now a chartered tax adviser whose clients include those in the media and entertainment, property, retail and technological industries. James is also a licenced ATOL accountant with clients in the travel sector. He is a Chelsea fan, and regularly plays football and tennis.
Maryam Ehsan ACA
Maryam joined the firm as a Graduate Trainee and now uses that experience to run the firm’s ACA training scheme herself! She became a Partner in May 2022 and works alongside Robert, providing personal tax advice within the entertainment industry, including specialised international advice including for the USA. Away from work Maryam loves spending time with her family.
Neelie Budhan FCCA
Neelie works with a diverse range of clients across media and entertainment, consultancy, legal, property, and technology sectors. She is a strong advocate for AI and cloud based software solutions and believes the power of technology can drive innovation to keep the firm and its clients ahead. Outside of work, Neelie enjoys travelling, staying active, and discovering new cuisines and places to eat in London.
